Software development

We build software for real-world workflows.

Prestige IT Services develops its own software products. Our established ePOSi system and our new multichannel retail platform are separate products, designed for different business needs.

ePOSi

ePOSi is our cloud-based electronic point of sale system for hospitality businesses. It was formerly known as Prestige Bites and has been used in a live environment for more than four years under that name.

Planned capabilities

From marketplace order to dispatch.

The new platform is being designed to bring the day-to-day work of online selling into a shared dashboard.

Connect sales channels

Planned integrations include Amazon, eBay, a seller’s own website, B&Q and OnBuy, with more channels considered over time.

Manage orders centrally

Bring orders from connected channels into one dashboard to provide a clearer view of what needs processing.

Support fulfilment

Planned tools include courier label creation and dispatch workflows to help sellers move orders through fulfilment.

Connect business tools

The system is intended to pass relevant order information to accounting software. AI-assisted features are also planned to help sellers manage their businesses better.

Development status: these are planned functions. Marketplace connections, order synchronisation, courier labels, dispatch, accounting links and AI tools are not being presented as currently available.
Our approach
